Terms & Conditions
By completing the MiMentor Coach Development Survey ‘Help Shape The Future Of Modern Coach Development‘, participants will receive priority access to apply for MiMentor Founder Membership rates for the Explore tier of the MiMentor platform, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Founder Membership Availability
Founder Membership rates are limited to the first 100 eligible coaches who successfully secure a Founder Membership subscription following the survey campaign.
Completion of the survey does not guarantee access to a Founder Membership place.
2. Priority Access
Coaches who complete the survey will receive priority access and early notification regarding the Founder Membership launch and subscription window.
Founder Membership places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
3. Founder Membership Rate
Founder Members will receive access to the Explore membership tier at the advertised Founder Membership monthly rate.
This Founder Membership rate will remain active for as long as the member maintains an uninterrupted active subscription.
If a Founder Member cancels their subscription, pauses payment, or allows their subscription to lapse, the Founder Membership rate will no longer apply if they choose to rejoin in future.
4. Membership Structure & Platform Development
MiMentor is an evolving coach development ecosystem. While Founder Members will retain their Founder Membership pricing, MiMentor reserves the right to:
- develop, adapt or improve platform features,
- modify content,
- evolve membership structures,
- introduce new services or features,
- and update community functionality over time.
Founder Membership relates to pricing access only and does not guarantee access to future premium mentoring tiers, services or limited-capacity programmes.
5. Explore Membership Features
At launch, the Explore membership tier is expected to include access to:
- The MiMentor Learning Hub,
- community discussion spaces,
- webinars and live learning opportunities,
- coaching resources and content,
- and ongoing coach development materials.
Specific features and content may evolve as the platform develops.
6. Community Conduct
Founder Members participating in MiMentor community spaces are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
MiMentor reserves the right to remove access to community features or terminate memberships where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory or harmful to the community environment.
7. Payment & Cancellation
Founder Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
No refunds will be issued for partial monthly periods following cancellation.
8. Data & Communication
By completing the survey and registering interest in Founder Membership, participants agree that MiMentor may:
- collect and store submitted information,
- contact participants regarding the survey, Founder Membership opportunities and MiMentor updates,
- and use anonymised survey responses for research, marketing and platform development purposes.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
9. General
MiMentor reserves the right to amend, withdraw or update the Founder Membership offer or these terms where necessary.
